GEDClean32 - Refund/Exchange Policy

RaynOrShyn Enterprises wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of GEDClean32. Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of both the program and the media used to distributed it. However, if you experience any problems, the following remedies have been established. These represent our sole responsibilities in correcting problems, so please read them carefully before ordering. Purchasing GEDClean32 implies agreement to these terms.

No Refund

As a service to the genealogical community, GEDClean32 is being made available at a low purchase price. Following normal industry practices, refunds cannot be made on software purchases.

Free Exchange for CD orders

Defective media (CDs) will be exchanged free of charge within 30 days of shipping. Please notify us immediately at the e-mail address below if you receive a defective CD. The defective CD must be mailed to RaynOrShyn Enterprises at the postal address below, along with the purchaser's full name and address as included with the original order. Replacements will be mailed within four business days of receipt of the defective CD.

We use only the highest-quality, name-brand CDs. To our knowledge, we have never sent a defective CD. In very rare cases, however, we have found that the CDs we use are not compatible with some CD drives. For this reason, we will replace any returned CD with a set of 2, 3-1/2 inch floppy disks containing the full GEDClean32 installation including on-line help. The printable manual will be made available via download or e-mail upon request.

Free Replacement for Failed Downloads

In the event that you have problems downloading GEDClean32, bookmark the page and try again later. If problems continue over two or more days, e-mail RaynOrShyn Enterprises at the address below to report the problem. Our sole remedy for failed downloads shall be to send the file via e-mail as an attachment.

Free Replacement for Lost or Damaged Downloads

Bookmark the download page after completing your payment. If the file you downloaded becomes lost or damaged in the future, return to this page and download it again. Please note that the GEDClean32 License requires the purchase of a new copy for each computer or user.

If both your licensed copy of GEDClean32, and your bookmark, are damaged or lost due to computer problems (such as a system "crash"), e-mail RaynOrShyn Enterprises at the address below. Be sure to include the order number and your name.
